The National University of Singapore (NUS) invites undergraduate students to apply for the NUS Young Fellowship Programme (YFP) 2026. This flagship initiative, co-organized by the NUS Graduate School and the School of Continuing and Lifelong Education (SCALE), serves as a premier gateway for international students to explore advanced research and postgraduate life at a top-tier global university.
The 2026 cohort will focus on the multidisciplinary integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across science, engineering, healthcare, and the social sciences.
Programme Timeline
The fellowship utilizes a hybrid model to combine intensive on-campus immersion with sustained academic engagement.
- On-site Component: 22 June – 26 June 2026 (Singapore)
- Online Learning Phase: 26 June – 24 July 2026

Fellowship Provisions & Benefits
Selected Fellows will receive comprehensive support to facilitate their participation in Singapore:
- Financial Support: A SGD 500 travel allowance (disbursed upon successful programme completion).
- Accommodation: Complimentary on-campus housing provided for the duration of the on-site phase.
- Academic Access: Direct mentorship from NUS faculty, laboratory tours, and specialized research workshops.
- No Financial Barriers: 100% waiver of application and programme fees.
- Language Policy: Standardized English testing (IELTS/TOEFL) is not a mandatory requirement for application.

- Current senior undergraduate students (Year 3 or higher).
