For Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, studies are conducted in Romanian. If you don’t speak the language, you’ll receive a free preparatory year to learn Romanian. PhD students may study in Romanian or another approved language.

Scholarship Duration

Eligibility Criteria

- Not currently hold another Romanian state scholarship for the same study cycle

Additional Requirements for PhD Applicants:

Not eligible:
- Individuals with protection status in Romania
- Staff of diplomatic missions or international organizations in Romania
