Applications are now open for the Republic of Estonia Government Scholarships 2026, administered by the Education and Youth Board (Harno). This partially funded program provides opportunities for international students, researchers, and academic staff to engage in study, teaching, and research at Estonian higher education institutions.

Key Benefits
Summer and Winter Schools
- Up to €700 toward course fees (paid directly to the host institution)
- Accommodation support of up to €25 per night for a maximum of 4 weeks
Research and Academic Staff Grants
- Short-term grants (1–9 days) and long-term grants (10 days to 10 months)
- Financial support of €45 per day or €660 per month
Degree and Exchange Studies
- Monthly stipend of €350 for Bachelor’s and Master’s students
- Monthly stipend of €660 for Doctoral students
- Funding duration varies depending on the program

Eligibility Overview
- Open to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students who have completed at least one year of study
- Researchers and academic staff must hold a relevant academic position in their home institution
- Degree and exchange applicants must secure admission or confirmation from an Estonian higher education institution
